Same-day service is available within 24 hours of your scheduled call, subject to availability. After-hours, weekend, or holiday requests may incur emergency service rates.

Free service calls apply only to standard residential services within our defined service area during normal business hours. They do not apply to commercial work or services outside of standard availability.

Written estimates for new installations and garage door repairs are provided at a cost of $89. For services in extended areas, after-hours, or emergency situations, a minimum fee of $289 (plus tax) is required upfront and applied toward the final invoice.

All pricing is subject to final inspection and may vary based on specific conditions, accessibility, and material requirements discovered during service.

We stand behind our workmanship with a minimum one-year warranty from the service date. Manufacturer warranties on parts and hardware may vary by brand and are subject to manufacturer terms.

Items NOT covered under warranty include: Photo eyes, safety sensors, remote controls, batteries, and accessories. D&L Garage Doors is not responsible for misalignments, damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or issues caused after our service visit that were not reported within 30 days.

Warranty claims must be reported promptly and are subject to inspection. Warranty coverage is void if unauthorized repairs or modifications are performed on the system.

D&L Garage Doors is fully licensed, bonded, and insured according to state and local laws. All technicians are trained professionals with extensive experience in residential and commercial garage door systems.

Our comprehensive insurance coverage protects both our technicians and your property during all service calls and installations.

Emergency service is available seven days a week, though emergency rates apply for after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls. Standard business hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
